Conversion of the Whapmagoostui Arena to Biomass Energy

Whapmagoostui (Northern Quebec)

Since 2014, YAB Management has been central to initiating and managing a project to convert the Whapmagoostui arena heating and ice production equipment from diesel to forest biomass. Our team has, among other things, produced energy cost analysis, prepared funding applications, coordinated project design, and managed procurement and staff training.

Business Case for a Spudded Floating Wharf Development

Rankin Inlet

YAB Management conducted a Business Case that evaluates the feasibility of developing a “Spudded Floating Wharf” in Rankin Inlet through a Private-Public Partnership (P3) structure.  Through this project, Rankin Inlet would become a port hub of the Kivalliq region and promote local employment.
